Too Faced Power Of MakeUp

Back in August Too Faced announced that they would be releasing a special collaboration with one of my favourite YouTubers, NikkieTutorials. This collaboration would include an entire kit, complete with all of the products needed to create a full glam look.
Since the release of the kit, I was fortunate enough to be given one for my birthday. I am extremely impressed by the kit overall, the kit includes;
- Better Than Sex Mascara (Exclusive Purple)
- Deluxe Shadow Insurance
- Sketch Marker Eyeliner (Black)
- Pot of Glitter (Silver)
- Face Palette
The kit retails for around £50 depending on when you purchase it from.
For anyone who has never heard of NikkieTutorials before, she is an online sensation with over 3 million YouTube subscribers. Her most famous and perhaps one of YouTube's Most iconic video's was 'The Power Of Make Up' today is has 38 million views from all around the world, hence why the kit is called 'The Power Of Make Up'.
In the video, Nikkie talks about how wearing make up transforms her image and gives her the confidence to embrace her pretty. This is something that Too Faced strongly promote and I love it.
Upon Nikkie's successful YouTube career, Too Faced reached out to her and asked for a make up kit collaboration. As soon as this collaboration was confirmed and announced on YouTube, fans went crazy. In the first 24 hours the pre-sale release for the kit was sold out across the world.
So, when I got my hands on this kit, I was super excited to try it out. Some of the colours in the eye palette aren't something that I would normal chose however I love to try new looks. The palette is so versatile and you can create many different looks. An eye shadow that I particularly like is; Sugar Coated, it's perfect for mixing with a fix plus+ spray for creating a full coverage eye glitter.
All of the shadows are pigmented and buttery, they create full coverage looks and are great for swatching. The kit also includes the brand new Too Faced Sketch Marker Liner, it's a reinvention of their classic wing eyeliner. It makes it super easy to apply a wing eyeliner as it is shaped like a felt tip pen. If you were to buy this separately its price is £21 so it could be better value for money just to buy the entire Power Of Make Up set. As always try this out and let me know what you guys think!
