The lovely people over at Instant White sent me a PR package a few weeks back that included their 7 day teeth whitening package. The 7 days whitening system claims to make your teeth 9 shades whiter in 7 days so I thought I would put this to the test. Since having my braces removed nearly 2 years ago I have done nothing to whiten my teeth and they defiantly weren't the whitest as drinking coffee had stained them. But I decided to give the whitening package from Instant Whites ago, and Im so happy I did. In the 7 days whitening pack you get 7 individual treatment swabs and all of the information you need to get a brighter smile. It's also worth mentioning that it has zero sensitivity and it clinically proven.

It is hard to describe exactly how the swabs work as they are an innovative design but you push the bottom end of the tube up and therefore pushing the liquid into the top part of the swab. Once you've done that you're ready to use it on your teeth, Instant Whites recommend spending a minute on each tooth, I found that rubbing the swab in a circular motion provided me with the best results.

So far I am so impressed with this pack, my teeth have defiantly improved and I have such a brighter smile. I am insistent on buying more now and keeping my teeth looking better.
